Welcome to The Sunday Floral Studio, founded by me, Lisa - a floral designer and former fashion industry buyer.
The Sunday Floral Studio was founded in 2021, born from a deep passion for floral design discovered during the pandemic. Leaving behind a career as a fashion buyer for a global retailer, I embraced the world of flowers, drawn to their natural beauty and transformative power. Since then, The Sunday Floral Studio has flourished, now creating breathtaking floral designs for extraordinary weddings and events. From intimate city venues to grand country estates, I craft and design awe-inspiring floral installations that elevate every space, bringing romance, movement, and artistry to life.
A desire to craft beautifully inspiring spaces
I have always been inspired to create beautiful things; from as far back as I can remember I have always had a desire to create. A background in Art History and Fashion Buying deepened this desire, whilst also providing me with an appreciation and understanding of design, form, colour and texture. Discovering wedding and event floristry enabled me to combine this appreciation of visual beauty with the very personal and unique nature of working on once-in-a-lifetime occasions. Designing florals for weddings is pure joy—not just in bringing my clients’ dreams to life but in shaping the atmosphere of a space where unforgettable memories will unfold.
My approach is rooted in thoughtful storytelling and effortless beauty, ensuring that each event feels both breathtaking and deeply personal. Every arrangement is designed to enhance the setting, reflect individuality, and set the stage for a celebration that is as unique as the people at its heart.

With a signature style that exudes relaxed romance, inspired by the natural beauty and effortless flow of an English country garden, at The Sunday Floral Studio we work with clients that share an unwavering love for the natural world. We seek to embrace the freedom and wildness of nature; in all of our work we are guided by a desire to showcase the unique and natural charm of the flowers we use.
Working seasonally is truly intrinsic to the brand and we believe that there is nothing more beautiful than experiencing the seasonal shifts of nature through flowers. Our design process is rooted in storytelling; crafting spaces that invite you to be fully present in the moment. The transient nature of floral design is a cornerstone of our ethos; working with an ever-changing medium like flowers reminds us to cherish the beauty of an instant, knowing it can never be perfectly replicated.
