Join us for an energising half-day retreat with yoga, journalling and floral arranging for a day of self-care, creativity and connection.

Brought to you by The True Self Care Club and The Sunday Floral Studio, this rejuvenating retreat will take place at the beautiful Old Vicarage Boutique in Nottinghamshire; a venue that seamlessly combines authenticity, luxury and relaxation.

What’s Included?

You’ll be welcomed with a zingy apple & ginger shot plus a delicious energy ball to energise you for a yoga session with Holly from the True Self Care Club. Holly will then guide you through a journalling practice aimed to connect mind and body. You will also be given a beautiful bespoke journal for you to take home with you to carry on your practice.

After a tea & coffee break where you’ll have a chance to mingle and connect with other like-minded souls, Lisa from The Sunday Floral Studio will demonstrate a beautiful, seasonal floral arrangement before allowing your creativity free reign with an array of spring-inspired florals. You will create a stunning arrangement that will be yours to take home.

This retreat is suitable for all levels of fitness and creativity. All materials (including yoga mats) will be provided. Not suitable for under 18s.
