Syon Park

Situated just outside of Central London, Syon Park has firmly solidified it’s reputation as a dream wedding venue for the couple seeking an elegant, timeless aesthetic; a reputation only enhanced by it’s use in the Regency-era inspired Netflix series Bridgerton. The diversity of the spaces allows a wedding day to evolve and the aesthetic to develop from formal and classic to light-hearted and relaxed.

One of the most striking features at Syon is the Grade I listed conservatory built in the early nineteenth century. With it’s vast domed ceiling and neo-Classical structure, the glasshouse is a unique and breath-taking space in which to hold a wedding reception or after party. A stroll through the wings that flank the main conservatory reveals a walkway adorned with countless exotic plants and shrubs from far-flung lands, all happily at home in their balmy greenhouse setting. As well as the beautiful interiors, Syon Park also offers stunning vistas and gardens to hold drinks receptions and sprawling lawns to spill out onto whilst the party continues inside.

Having devised and created floral designs for Syon Park in the past, our key takeaway is to use scale and volume to enhance the imposing spaces. Ceilings are tall, rooms are vast and the architecture is striking, so small arrangements can get lost; particularly in The Great Conservatory where the space is deceptively vast. We love to use tall centrepieces, flowing urns and cascading florals to really make the most of the space. In such an iconic and photographed venue, using flowers is one of the ways in which to personalise the space and make it uniquely the setting of your own story.
